Growing up, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my career. I had interests I knew I liked, such as music and computers, but nothing ever truly called out to me as something I would want to do as a career. It wasn't until my sophomore year of high school that I found something I was interested in: broadcasting. I joined my high school's broadcasting club and got heavily involved immediately. Anything I could do for the club, I would. I ended up becoming a regular in the club, someone other people could look to for help when needed.
After high school, I decided to continue my education in broadcasting at the State University of New York at Oswego. The minute I stepped foot on campus, I joined the student ran broadcasting station, WTOP-10 TV. I signed up for anything I could get my hands on in the club, from working graphics on original productions to providing the play by play commentary for sporting events. I kept learning as much as I can and got my name out into the club, helping cement my place there. By my second year, I joined the sports board as a productions assistant/engineer.

Now, I serve as WTOP-10 TV's Vice President of Engineering & Technology. I produce three shows for the station, and help out wherever I can with broadcasts for sports, news, original productions, special events, and more. There is still a lot for me to learn, but I am beyond excited to continue in the broadcasting industry!
